It’s official. Laura Reich and Jennifer Perfetti received the most votes and have won seats on the Wantagh Board of Education. An announcement was made at Wantagh Elementary this evening, shortly after polls closed. The hotly contested campaign has come to an end.
The final vote totals are as follows:

The budget passed with 2252 votes to 825. The capital improvement also passed 2324 votes to 589.
